Andy Smith

Andy has been working in the Veterinary Field for over 8 years as an assistant, technician and now the Practice Manager here at LaCroix.

Andy grew up in Franklin, NY.  He has lived in various parts of the country such as Texas, Florida, and South Carolina. He loves meeting new people and seeing new places, his new favorite place...the beach!
Andy attended East Carolina University and received a BA in Psychology with a minor in Biology. 
  • Some of Andy's special interests in veterinary medicine are animal behaviorism, and old black labs.
  • Growing up, Andy spent many summers working on dairy farms, milking cows & harvesting hay.
  • Andy looks at each day as an opportunity to make LVH an exceptional veterinary hospital for the people of Wilmington, and a fun as well as a challenging place to work for all the LVH staff.
Favorite Sport: College Football & Fishing...even if nothing is caught.
Favorite TV Shows: Battlestar Gallactica (the new version), & Survivor
